Benham Park is exclusively available for private hire. We welcome weddings, milestone celebrations, high-level retreats, luxury brand activations, and gatherings requiring complete privacy, discretion, and distinction.
Yes. All bookings are on a fully exclusive-use basis. From arrival to departure, the estate is yours—ensuring complete seclusion, uninterrupted service, and absolute discretion.
Yes. The house offers ten beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms, ideal for hosting key guests in comfort and privacy.
Due to the estate’s proximity to sensitive neighbours and thoroughbred stock, fireworks are only permitted under exceptional circumstances. Our team will advise on alternatives that retain spectacle while respecting the environment.
Yes. Helicopter landings can be arranged by prior agreement. We will coordinate positioning and timings to ensure discretion and convenience.
Catering is exclusively provided by our preferred partners, all of whom have been carefully selected for their excellence, discretion, and familiarity with the estate.
Wine is supplied exclusively by Berry Bros. & Rudd, with a dedicated advisor available to help you curate a personal and exceptional cellar for your event.
Yes. We offer private on-site parking for over 60 vehicles. Guests staying off-site may leave cars overnight by arrangement.
Yes. A lift provides access to all floors in the main house (excluding the rooftop), and a ramp is available for front entrance access.
Newbury Station is just 15 minutes by car, with direct rail connections to London Paddington in under an hour.

Early delivery of essential items may be possible, depending on availability. Pets are not permitted, and swimming in the lake is not allowed. Your event manager will help plan memorable alternatives in line with estate policies.
